Instructions for Filing

1. Each subject parcel must contain the tax map number.
2. Show all abutting property owners.
3. All owners with representatives must have a NOTARIZED letter giving permission to the representative to handle the project. See Owner Consent Form.
4. Ten (10) signed and stamped/sealed full-scale copies of survey maps (Prepared by NYS Licensed Land Surveyor or Civil Engineer authorized to practice land surveying pursuant to the State Education Law) will need to be dropped off to the Code Enforcement Office.
5. Digital Copy: A pdf of all survey maps, site plans or drawings must be attached to this online application.
6. Fill out a NY DEC Short Environmental Assessment Form. Save a copy and upload to attachments section. See SEAF
7. Fill out an Agricultural Data Statement form. Save a copy and upload to attachments section. See Agricultural Data Statement
8. Plot Plan: A digital copy of the survey map indicating the existing lot lines as well as the proposed adjusted lot line on a scale no smaller than one inch equaling 100 feet. If more than one sheet is needed, a key map showing all subject parcels is required. The survey map should state, lot line adjustment for (insert name of owner or suitable title).
9. Recorded Deed(s): Digital copies of the latest recorded deeds to the properties in their current configuration.
10. Please have a contact phone number for the day and or night.
11. All materials must be submitted by at least 3pm, 15 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
12. All escrow accounts are to be received 10 days prior to the regular meeting night.
13. Payment for any application fee needs to be dropped off to the Code Enforcement Office. See Fee Schedule.
