Use Variance Application
Request permission to use your property in a way that is not otherwise allowed in the zoning district. This type of variance is subject to strict legal standards and requires demonstrating unnecessary hardship.
All owners with representatives must have a NOTARIZED letter giving permission to the representative to handle the project. See Owner Consent Form.
Ten (10) signed and stamped/sealed full-scale copies of survey maps (Prepared by NYS Licensed Land Surveyor or Civil Engineer authorized to practice land surveying pursuant to the State Education Law) will need to be dropped off to the Code Enforcement Office.
