The regular meeting of the Livingston Planning Board was held April 05 2023 and opened at 7:00.

In attendance were Chairman Martin Nayowith, Stephen Thibault, John Ross, Bernie Stickles, Brian Molinski, John Ross Chip Keil and Rebecca Harcleroad. Attorney Andy Howard.

Absent: Robert Bellinger.

Correspondence: NONE.

A motion to accept the minutes of the March 01 2023 meeting with a spelling correction was made by Stephen Thibault and 2^nd by Rebecca Harcleroad. All voted AYE. Motion passed unanimously.

Jon and Katie Hardy returned for a Special Use Permit and a Site Plan application. Property located Route 9 &82. To be able to have a retail store and 2 office spaces.

Jon Hardy gave an overview of the project to be able to divide the interior from 2 retail spaces to three spaces. Retail and 2 offices.

The SEQRA was reviewed and updated.

A motion to deem the application complete was made by Bernie Stickles and 2^nd by John Ross. All present voted AYE. Motion passed.

Under 239M the application needs approval by the Columbia County Planning Board.

Attorney Howard will send the application to the Columbia County Planning Board for their review.

A motion to set a public hearing for May 03 2023 at 7:00 was made by Chip Keil and 2^nd by Stephen Thibault. All voted AVE. Motion passed. To be advertised.

A motion to close the meeting was made by Stephen Thibault and 2nd by Brian Molinski. All present voted

AYE. Motion passed.

Next scheduled meeting will be held May 03 2023. Meeting closed at 7:30
