The regular monthly meeting of the Livingston Planning Board was held on June 06, 2012 and opened at 7:00 p.m. In attendance were Chairman Larry Hermance, Chip Keil, John Alvarez, Frank Santacroce, Martin Schroeder, Bernie Stickles, James McFarland, and Philip Schmidt.

Absent: Engineer Jay Trapp. Attorney Theodore Hilscher CEO Thomas Jacques

A motion to accept the minutes of the May 02, 2012 meeting was made by John Alvarez and 2^nd by Martin Schroeder was retracted due to the omission of Mark Eger to continue his hearing for another month. Corrections to be made.

Correspondence: None:

The hearing for Mark Eger continued a site plan application to replace 2 existing 190 feet communications towers and erect one heavy duty 190 foot tower. Mr. Eger called and requested to be deferred to the July meeting.

The Board decided to keep the hearing open and the hearing is to continue at the July meeting.

Due to the July 04 meeting being a holiday the July meeting will be held July 11, 2012.

Vincent and Anna Daddona submitted a subdivision application to subdivide 60 acres into two parcels, 31 acres and 29 acres. Property located 592 Church and Lockwood Road. Chairman Hermance reported that Kenneth Leggett had combined these lots. The Board discussed the application and set a public hearing for July 11, 2012 at 7:03. To be advertised.

Edward, Timothy and Mary Egan submitted a lot line adjustment application , Eva Helen Egan to convey 0.65 acres to Edward, Timothy and Mary Egan. Property located Black Bridge Road. A letter was received from th.e.applicants to have Philip Massaro represent them with this application. Fee paid.

A public hearing was set for July 11, 2012 at 7:04. To be advertised.

There being no further business before the Board a motion to adjourn was made by Chip Keil and 2^nd by Frank Santacroce. All voted AYE. Motion passed unanimously.

Next scheduled meeting will be held June 11, 2012. Meeting closed at 7:15 p.m.
