LIVINGSTON PLANNING BOARD
February 04 2023

The regular meeting of the Livingston Planning Board was held February 04 2023 and opened at 7:00 with the Pledge of Allegiance.

In attendance were Chairman Martin Nayowith, Robert Bellinger, Stephen Thibault, John Ross, Bernie Stickles, Brian Molinski and Chip Keil.
Attorney Andrew Howard.
Absent: NONE: Correspondence: NONE.

A motion to accept the minutes of the January 04, 2022 minutes was made by Stephen Thibault and 2nd by Brian Molinski. All voted AYE. Motion passed.

Lot Line Adjustment Lot A Morrissey/Delilah Lossow and Lot B Delilah Lossow. Property 5532 Route 9G. The applicant wants to add more land for placement of a septic system. Lot A .637, #104600-138-3 added to Lot B. #104600-1-4. Reviewed by the building department and the Board. Fee paid.

A motion to accept the Lossow Lot Line Application as presented was made by Bob Bellinger and 2nd by Bernie Stickles. All voted AYE. All in favor.

A motion to close the meeting was made by John Ross and 2nd by Brian Molinski. All present voted AYE. All in favor.

Next scheduled meeting will be held March 01, 2023. Meeting closed at 7:15.
