LIVINGSTON PLANNING BOARD

March 01 2023

The regular meeting of the Livingston Planning Board was held March 01 2023 and opened at 7:00 with the Pledge of Allegiance.

In attendance were Chairman Martin Nayowith, Robert Bellinger, John Ross, Bernie Stickles, Brian Molinski and Rebecca Harcalerod.
Absent:
Chip Keil.
Stephen Thibault
Attorney Andrew Howard.

Correspondence: NONE.

A motion to accept the minutes of the February 04, 2022 minutes was made by Bernie Stickles and 2nd by John Ross. All voted AYE. Motion passed.

The Board welcomes Rebecca Harcalerod as the new alternant. There were no applications for this meeting.

Desiree Webber and others came to question the Board on the recent Bendix application. They were advised to talk to their lawyer.

A motion to close the meeting was made by Robert Bellinger and 2nd by Brian Molinski. All present voted AYE. All in favor.

Next scheduled meeting will be held April 05, 2023. Meeting closed at 7:23.
