July 06, 2022 Planning Board Meeting Minutes

LIVINGSTON PLANNING BOARD
July 6 2022

The regular meeting of the Livingston Planning Board was held July 06 , 2022 and opened at 7:00.

In attendance were Chairman Phil Schmidt, Robert Bellinger, Bernie Stickles, Chip Keil, Brian Molinski and John Ross.

Absent:
Stephen Thibeault
Martin Nayowith

Correspondence: NONE.

A motion to accept the minutes of the June 01, 2022 minutes was made by John Ross and 2nd by Chip Keil. All voted AYE. Motion passed.


The Public hearing for Matthew Bowe representing Alfred Scott a subdivision application to subdivide 8 acres into 2 parcels of 2 acres and 6 acres. Property located NYS Route 82 and Bells Pond Road, 151.00-01-11. Fee paid.

Opened at 7:02

There were no comments from the public or written correspondence was received. Public hearing closed at 7:03.

Attorney Ted Hilscher completed the Short Form EAF.

A motion to approve the EAF with negative declaration was made by Chip Keil and 2nd by John Ross. All voted AYE.
Motion passed unanimously.


A motion to approve The Al Scott subdivision as presented was made by Robert Bellinger 2nd by Bernie Stickles. All present voted AYE.
Motion passed unanimously.

Kenneth and Amy Unson-Bendix a Special Use Permit application and a Site Plan application to be able to construct an approximate 40’ x 80’ storage building (metal roof and metal siding) with a 16’ x 80’ lean-to exterior bays on either side of the building for his excavation/construction business. Property (3.84 acres) 40 Bingham Mills Road. Zoned C-1. Fee Paid.

A letter was received BOH accepted the plans as presented, the area disturbed was under an acre not requiring any further and the sheds were preexisting.

Attorney ted Hilscher and engineer Michelle Mormile reviewed the applications.

A motion to deem the Bendix applications as complete was made by John Ross and Robert Bellinger. All voted AYE. Motion passed.

A public hearing will be set for August 03 2022 at 7:02 pm.


Planning Board procedures regarding complete applications were discussed.

A motion to close the meeting was made by Chip Keil and 2nd by Brian Molinski. All present voted AYE. Motion passed unanimously.

Next scheduled meeting will be held August 03, 2022 Meeting closed at 7:25
