LIVINGSTON PLANNING BOARD
November 02 2022

The regular meeting of the Livingston Planning Board was held November 02 , 2022 and opened at 7:00.
In attendance were Chairman Phil Schmidt, Robert Bellinger, Brian Molinski, Stephen Thibault, John Ross and Martin Nayowith.

Chip Keil Correspondence: NONE.

A motion to accept the minutes of the October 05, 2022 minutes was made by Robert Bellinger and 2nd by Stephen Thibault. All voted AYE. Motion passed.

Thomas Alvarez a Lot Line Adjustment. 3449 Route 9. Bells Pond M.H. Park. Merge 2 parcels together.

A Motion to approve the Alvarez Lot Line Application as presented was made by Martin Nayowith and 2nd by Robert Bellinger. All present voted Aye.

Virginia K. Bolton and Patricia K Cassidy a Lot line re adjustment 4 Betty Road. Lots 225 and 225A from the property of 4 Betty Road.

A Motion to approve the Virginia K. Bolton and Patricia K Cassidy Lot Line Application as presented was made by Stephen Thibault and 2nd by Robert Bellinger. All present voted Aye.

A motion to close the meeting was made by John Ross and 2nd by Stephen Thibault. All present voted AYE. Motion passed.

Next scheduled meeting will be held December 07, 2022 Meeting closed at 8:01.
