LIVINGSTON PLANNING BOARD
December 07 2022

The regular meeting of the Livingston Planning Board was held December 07, 2022 and opened at 7:00.

In attendance were Chairman Phil Schmidt, Robert Bellinger, Stephen Thibault, John Ross, Martin Nayowith, Bernie Stickles and Chip Keil.
Attorney Ted Hilscher

Absent:
Brian Molinski.

Correspondence: NONE.

A motion to accept the minutes of the November 02, 2022 minutes was made by Martin Nayowith and 2nd by John Ross. All voted AYE. Motion passed.

A moment of silence was held to honor Pearl Harbor Day.


Kaaterskill Associates, Steven Dilorenzo Stoyvel Holdings LLC) 309 and 321 Water Street Livingston. Lot line adjustment between Tax Map Parcels # 152.-1-20 and 152.-1-21. 0.31 Acres from TM#152.-1-21 to be conveyed to and combined with TM# 152.-1-20.

Ted Hilscher read the 11 SEQRA questions. All answers were no.

A motion for a negative declaration was made by Bernie Stickles and 2nd by John Ross. All voted AYE.

A motion to accept the lot line application for Kaaterskill Associates as presented was made by Bob Bellinger and 2nd by Chip Keil. All voted AYE.


The Livingston Town Board presented a certificate of appreciation to retiring chair, Phil Schmidt, thanking him for his many years of excellent service to the planning board and to the citizens of Livingston.

A motion to close the meeting was made by Chip Keil and 2nd by Stephen Thibault. All present voted AYE. Motion passed.

Next scheduled meeting will be held January 04 2023. Meeting closed at 7:19.
